All cups are made to order, and production begins once your purchase is confirmed. (This excludes pre-made cups)
Because each snow globe and lava cup is handmade, please allow 2–4 weeks (business days, Monday–Friday) for your order to be completed and shipped. Most orders are finished closer to the 2-week mark, but timing can vary depending on order volume.
Each cup is created with care and attention to detail, and I truly appreciate your patience while your order is being made.
All sales are final.
If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours after submitting so I can review and address it.
